A bit of an outline of my fitness journey (so far). I take a look at how I got started, what types of programs I've done along the way, the coaches I've had and how I've dealt with challenges. There's nothing particularly outstanding about my fitness journey, but I show up every day, I'm consistent and I really genuinely enjoy being active,, going to the gym and running.
