Episode Synopsis "Episode 17 - Finding and online coach and taking food"
In this episode, I chat a bit about how to find yourself an online coach and making sure that you're choosing someone that is right for you. I also chat at the end about tracking food and its importance, particularly if you're trying to loose or gain weight. I also have a couple of tips for MyFitnessPal. As harvest begins to ramp up on the farm and things get busy as the end of the year rolls around, this will be the final episode for 2021 before taking a break and returning in 2022.
