Episode Synopsis "Episode 2 - Sleep"
I delve into some of the tips, tricks and strategies you can use to sleep better, then discuss my own sleep routine. I used to really struggle with sleep. I would be so tired, yet when it came to hopping into bed, I would lay there in the dark, wide awake and my mind racing at a million miles and hour. When I did finally nod off, my sleep was disrupted and I would toss and turn. I have spent a lot of time reading about sleep habits and ways to improv sleep, so I wanted to share these tips with you.
