Episode Synopsis "Growing Happiness (or Gratitude) in the Mind Guided Meditation"
This guided meditation will help you cultivate an attitude of happiness, or gratitude, in your mind and being. It takes practice and the use of your breath. Not only will you learn to offer happiness or gratitude for yourself, but for others. Again, take the time to practice this so you may shift into the feeling of happiness or gratitude much easier. Start with a reasonable time for your initial sessions and grow that time into 4, 5, 10, 15 or more minute sessions.
