Episode Synopsis "An Introduction to Mindfulness and the practice of following your breath"
The first episode of the Mindful Classroom explores the basics of what mindfulness means as well as the simple practice of following your breath to focus your mind away from runaway thoughts, stress, and worry. The first 20 minutes are a simple discussion of mindfulness and what that term means. The last ten minutes employs simple breathwork.
