Episode Synopsis "Ways To Make Progress Without Lifting More Weight"
We all love the feeling of reaching a new PR or lifting a heavier weight than we could previously do before, and we know that progressively lifting more weight over time is an important part of progress, but what happens when you can't lift a heavier weight? Or don't have access to a heavier weight? Today we dive into some other ways to measure progress besides adding weight to the bar (or a heavier dumbbell or kettlebell). After all, building mental strength and working on mindset when the personal bests are few and far between is the biggest - and most important - sign of improvement.
