Episode Synopsis "Ep. 10: Jack Buckley: Overcoming Alcoholism, Journey To Being An Actor, & How He Approaches Fitness"
Jack Buckley is a recovering alcoholic who has been sober for 2 years. He also is an actor in Los Angeles that is in damn good shape. He knew early on that he had the talent to be an actor. However, alcoholism controlled his life & prevented him from taking the steps to reach his full potential as an actor. He finally decided it was time to get sober. Since then, he has turned the corner & has drastically improved his life. We talked about the drinking culture in our society, getting into acting, having the utmost confidence in yourself, anddd of course how he approaches staying in damn good shape. This was one of the interesting & insightful conversations I’ve ever had with someone. I’m beyond happy to share this episode with Jack.
