We believe that fitness from home, remote exercise, is the way of the future AND the best way to start any journey to a healthy lifestyle. Working out remotely (home, park, etc.) allows you to develop that confidence and belief that you can accomplish anything you set our mind to. We believe there is no discipline as strong as that-that is developed in the home. It is through that belief that we launched this show, to help deliver the necessary EDUcation, MOTivation and INSpiration to start (or enhance) that journey.
