Episode Synopsis "Body Scan"
25 minute body scan! Can be done sitting upright in a chair or lying down. If you find yourself falling asleep during a body scan, you can try a few things: if you're lying down, hold one hand in the air -- if you fall asleep, your hand will fall and wake you up! If you're sitting in a chair, try to keep yourself away from the back of the chair, so you're supporting yourself. Or let yourself fall asleep, no judgment here :)
