Smartphones are mixed blessing, promising convenience, connection, and efficiency. At the same time, they are engineered to promote and sustain addictive behavior. For years we have struggled against the pull of technology and looked for ways to use our smartphones more wisely. ¬We’d like to share with you some of the strategies we’ve found and implemented in our quest to find out what “wise technology-use” means.
