Yes if you try them with the Process of losing calories the "Right Way" which i have discussed in this Episode#10th, they can still benefit you but stop listening to the bloggers and "fitness gurus" tell you on youtube ads that you will lose fat/weight in one month or even absurd one, "lose weight in one week. They have absolutely Zero truth to them.
