Episode Synopsis "#5- Kelly Ogilvie- Life On The COVID-19 Frontlines As An Emergency Physician- Getting In Touch With Our Natural Rhythms"
In this episode we talk to Kelly about life on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis. We discuss the importance of staying physical but without the need for rigid structure. The mental and emotional stress in her profession has forced her to really get in touch with that stress and allow space to recover. Her training has become more organic, less rigid and the harder sessions are lining up more with her natural energy than they are with a rigid program- perhaps a lesson for all of us!
