On today’s episode of the AC Performance Podcast I sit down with former big leaguer Vic Black. Vic attended Dallas Baptist University before going on to play for the Pittsburgh Pirates and New York Mets. Vic shares how injuries during his career inspired him to pursue learning more about the correct biomechanics and the human body. Vic recently joined the Pittsburgh Pirates developmental team this past season. Vic also is known as the “Arm Doc” on Instagram helping thousands of kids create an efficient arm path.
