Dr. Sarah is passionate about combining her training in psychology and physical well being to guide women in creating lasting changes in their stress levels, thyroid, and gut health. She has been able to see the interconnectedness of the mind and body in her own life and has utilized her training through the Institute for Functional Medicine to create online courses to help women optimize their health from the ease of their home.
