In Episode 2 The Hub Podcast explores habits and routines of humans that make us successful inside of the fitness world.   
First, we define habits vs. routines. Habits being more unconscious and driven by an exterior cue. Routines on the other hand can be more thought out, especially if we are trying to make a change in our fitness journey.

American culture still make New Years resolutions however, this approach is not beneficial according to the studies.50% of Americans make resolutions but, less than 10% of people actually make it to their goals past 6 months.
