Episode Synopsis "Let’s FEEL Good {meditation}"

This 27 minute meditation allows us to practice the tools it takes to FEEL good, starting in the simplest ways with our body. What feels good within translates to what feels good outside the body. When we practice this method we train the brain to see the good no matter the circumstances. This training becomes a habit after using it again and again until one day it becomes the auto go to for the mind - feeling GOOD! So take a journey with me through the body ~let’s FEEL GOOD!
