Memory Verse: ‭‭ "Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes" - Isaiah 54:2 NKJV Bible Text:  ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭2 Kings 6:1‭-‬2 NKJV 1. And the sons of the prophets said to Elisha, “See now, the place where we dwell with you is too small for us. 2. Please, let us go to the Jordan, and let every man take a beam from there, and let us make there a place where we may dwell.” So he answered, “Go.” INSPIRATION: To spread your reach is to build capacity for more; it to strive to do better than you're already doing. It is to reinvent yourself and evolve into a vessel endowed with graces and potentials that enables you deliver on any task. Tasks vary in contexts depending on your area of pursuit. In this race, you must be willing to journey where others won't if you must get results they can't get. Some key areas to build capacity this year are: spiritual, family, career, finance, morals, etc. Spiritually, you must be prepared to take a journey in separation, fasting and consecration to generate momentum for your flight. Be a spirit-controlled believer. Family is the bedrock of any society. Develop firm family values that will stand you out and help you weather the storms of life; set career goals you must pursue and attain this year. Go for further training, get certifications, sharpen your skills, refuse to remain untrained or a trainee. Those who boss you in your field do not have two heads, they only saw a future and worked/walked towards it; financially, be disciplined this year. Learn financial literacy, save and invest, no matter how little. Master money instead of slaving for it. Be a person of high moral standards. The integrity and moral courage of the upright will guide them, but the crookedness of the treacherous will destroy them" (Prov 11:3 AMP). The kind of recommendations your integrity procures for you with ease cannot be acquired anyway else. In a world that is morally bankrupt, be the moral compass that guides the consciences of others in the right direction; be tbe beacon of hope and light in a hopeless and dark world. TODAY'S TAKE HOME: Take your personal developmental growth very seriously. Enlarge the place of your tent; increase your capacity to better your chances in life. Change your old wine skin to accommodate your new experiences. PRAYER: Dear Lord, please give me the grace and diligence to enlarge my tent and to press for more. Make every effort I put in to increase my capacity and output in all areas of my life, until it yields a hundredfold reward, in Jesus name.
