Memory Verse: "‭‭The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him" - Lamentations 3:24 KJV Bible Text: Job 14:7 KJV 7. For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. INSPIRATION: There's so much tension in the atmosphere; the anxiety level is so palpable that you could touch it. People are weary from the burdens they bear, and there seem to be no respite in view. But in the midst of your gross darkness and the indescribable confusion, I bring you good news. There's hope ahead. It would not always be this dark and bad; things will ease off for you and you'd find rest for your weary soul (Matt. 11: 28). God will make you happy because you've His help (Ps. 146: 5). Therefore, He'll renew your hope. What then is hope? Hope is a warrior; the sword of Truth. It transforms those who possess it so, they can stop the vicious tyranny of setbacks, delays, premature victories, and near-success syndromes. Hope helps you trust God and the process to making you become, and this comes with lots of blessings (Jere. 17: 7). There's a consciousness that renews hope. When you know who your are and whose you are, it doesn't matter what storms assail you, you're certain you'd come off better. God is your portion, therefore, you can't be hopeless and helpless! TODAY'S TAKE HOME: ‭‭When God talks about renewed hope, He's pointing you to the fact that a new dawn is about to break in your life. Let the clouds of despair fade. See the new possibilities. PRAYER: Dear Lord, please bring me into my season of renewed home, and make every burden of worries to fade away. Give me ease roundabout, so I can praise the beauty of Your holy name, in Jesus name.
