In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. INSPIRATION: Yesterday, we discussed the importance of delegated responsibility and how God was the first to so do. Delegation reduces the burden of work execution that a person should bear, and the time to accomplish same. Your ability to delegate responsibilities point to your level of security in your person, calling and abilities. Anywhere you find people having difficulty with delegating or being delegated to, insecurity is at the root of it. On the flip side, when you're given roles to play, it is expected of you to be faithful in it: faithful to the trust reposed in you, and faithful in diligently carrying out the task. The expectation that you'd without fail excel in the task by showing a good proof of yourself is crucial. Roles delegated to you are opportunities to showcase your creativity and develop higher potentials. It would be wrong of you to think too highly of yourself to perform certain tasks which you may consider to be beneath you. Life will never test you at your level. It would either test you at a higher one to know if you have the right skillset to deliver at that level, or something beneath you to test your humility. Either ways, faithfulness is expected of you. TODAY'S TAKE HOME: ‭‭Build men. Make it your core value to see that people get better for coming into your space. Build trust, loyalty and friendship. Delegate responsibilities. PRAYER: Dear Lord, please teach me the importance of faithfulness, commitment, and staying loyal to those who entrust responsibilities into my care. Help me to become a high performer that exhibit excellence in all I do, in Jesus name.
