Episode Synopsis

INSPIRE Devotionals With Emmanuel Afiawari Sunday, November 23, 2025 Topic: CREATE WITH YOUR NEW SEASONS (Part 4)! Memory Verse: "‭‭Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place" - Job 38:12 KJV Bible Text: Genesis 1: 1 KJV 1. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. INSPIRATION: Whilst discussing creating with our new season, we cannot overlook or gloss over the fact that God delegated responsibility to man. He was safe and secure in Himself enough to assign man roles to play to further the creation story. Man named everything and whatever he called them became their name (Gen. 2:19-20). As if this wasn't enough, man was charged with the responsibility to govern the earth. Delegation of responsibility is a leadership trait you must adopt to free up more time for you to concentrate on other ventures, even as it serves as a means to groom others. If God could delegate duties to Adam, why shouldn't you? Stop acting like it's only you who can carry out your roles so perfectly. Stop belittling the graces and potentials of others. You're not indispensable or irreplaceable! There're people equally as smart, gifted, and enabled as you are. Delegating roles doesn't diminish your worth but builds a culture of mutual trust. It shields you from excess labour; it stimulates creativity and builds skills in those assigned; it helps you plan your schedule to create healthy work-life balance. If you have to be everywhere and do everything all by yourself, you'd achieve less, get drained and dry up faster! TODAY'S TAKE HOME: ‭‭Even God had to use Moses's father inlaw to teach him to delegate responsibilities. You too should. There's wisdom in it that everyone must learn. PRAYER: Dear Lord, please teach me to appreciate leveraging on the gifts of men through delegation. Send me godly and reasonable men to whom I could exercise true delegation that it may be well with me all round, in Jesus name.
