Episode Synopsis "Week 4: Meditation for Connection "
This week we take a break from Breathwork and explore a little meditation. I like to use this meditation to help remind myself that I am not alone, and that, as Dr. Ela Manga says, the breath dissolves any concept of separation. Hope you enjoy! P.s. I recommend re visiting episodes 1-3 and finding a practice that feels most inviting to you. I encourage you to commit to that practice for at least 5 minutes every day for at least 1 week. ;)
