You have to put in the time to get better. It's about reps under your belt, over and over again until it becomes part of who you are. It becomes something you can do without much thought, a habit ingrained in your identity.
In today's episode I draw parallels between learning to play tennis, and reaching my health goals. There is so much to be learned from playing a sport, especially when it comes to learning a new skill. And this can be applied in all areas of your life.
