There is so much information out there on how to diet and how to exercise, that it becomes so confusing. People are overwhelmed and because of that, they delay starting because they are looking for the perfect way to do things.
The reality is there is no perfect way for everyone. The perfect way for you may not be perfect for the next person. We have to find what works for us, so that we stick to it and it becomes part of our identity instead of something we are just doing for a short period of time to reach a goal.
The short quick fixes don't work. What comes quick, leaves quicker.
