"Here comes our final episode! We ended the series with a discussion on marketing and social engagement. Not limited to social media, but the notion of presentation of a company as an entity or a designer as a personality. To search for the right interior designer or architect in a sea of talents for a project that is so personal and genuine to you is never easy, but it is not complicated at the same time as long as the alignment of your interest and the designer's unique selling point or branding identity is a match. Vice versa, designers also express their expertise, interest and business philosophy in different ways to find the target market they want, and it seems to be more advanced nowadays with more marketing channels as we could see Facebook or Instagram slowly being 'invited' into our personal life, despite its commercial quality from a practice's perspective. Ultimately, running a creative business is personal for both owners and clients. Nothing is more important than identifying what you want and need and actively searching for the right time and collaborators to achieve a common goal.
