Episode Synopsis

In this 5-minute breathwork experience, we are clearing out our systems to get ready for our day. 
Use this episode first thing in the morning to help you clear any energy, emotions, or thoughts you woke up with. Use your breath to clear out so you can connect in. ps. this is my favourite breathwork practice to start my day. 
We are breathing 3 rounds of blow breath with top holds. Blow Breath: short quick forceful exhale through the mouth. Top hold: holding your breath at the top of the inhale.
