In this weeks episode of the podcast I interviewed Claire Farrell who is a nutritionist and Longford senior Ladies GAA player. In this episode we discussed: Claires Background, education and what got her into health and fitness. We talked in depth about intermittent fasting for the general population, Athletes and if its a good solution for you and your lifestyle. We also discussed supplementation, how to overcome fat loss/ weight loss plateaus and the importance of variation in a diet. As well as this Claire and I chatted about emotional behaviour and how it can sometimes impact someones thinking particularly if they've tried and failed with a certain goal in the past.
