Episode Synopsis "Are Your Customers Finding Your Website (And If Not What You Can Do About It)"
Having a website is like having a shopfront. It gives you a presence, showcases your business and creates an open door for people who are interested in what you are offering to take look around. The challenge begins when you start to realise that simply having an online shopfront is not enough. You need to do at least some form of active digital promotion to let people know that your website exists and why they should visit. Simply having a website doesn't guarantee anybody will show up. That's the job of marketing. To plant the flagpole, draw the map, and create the compelling reason for customers to seek you out and take a closer look at the products and services you offer.
