-Date Ball Recipe:
1 cup pitted dates, 1 cup almonds, ½ cup almond butter, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, ½ ground cinnamon, 2 pinches salt
In a food processor, pulse almonds until coarsely ground. Add dates and almond butter. Pulse a few times, then add vanilla, cinnamon & salt. Form balls and store for up to 2 weeks.
