Episode Synopsis "Stick It To The Stigma: Meditation Monday’s- Positive affirmation meditation"
Today for our first meditation session as part of meditation Monday’s, we begin with a meditation focusing on banishing negative energies around your life with positive affirmations. Stick It To The Stigma is a non profit organisation aimed at reducing the negative connotations and stigma that resides around mental illness in today’s society, and to educate the world on how to properly and safely care for your mental health with knowledge, understanding and empathy.
