Today of episode 15 of The Socialista Podcast, I invite over Las Vegas Songwriter, Halsey Harkins! First off let me say she is a wonderful soul with some pretty awesome things on the horizon. Halsey was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Vegas at just 6 years old. She talks about her home schooling experience. Her and her older siblings were home schooled by her mother, until around middle school. In high school, at LVA, she started to focus more on music. She started out playing in jazz band, which now transpires into her songwriting. Over the last two years, Halsey has made her way around Las Vegas playing at many Downtown and Casinos.
