This is PURE listening meditation. A recording of the natural environment during my meditation on Lazy Beach in Koh Rong, Sanloem.
There are no words, no guidance. This is simply practicing being present with your own mind and emotions while listening to nature.
Simply find a comfortable seat, close your eyes, and allow yourself to listen, and when your mind wants to label your experience, or the sounds, themselves, say to yourself, "I am thinking", or "I am listening".
Notice your emotional reaction to the specific sounds. The thoughts. The feelings/sensations in your body.
