Episode Synopsis

This Nidra begins with setting yourself up in your Savasana position; in honor of loving yourself and giving yourself what you need.
You will be guided through the rotation of consciousness, and body awareness.
Here, we are asked who the seer is, who the observer is, what is it that makes up YOU... by observing the SELF.
You will be guided through mental Nadi Shodhana- alternate nostril breathing, acknowledging how your mind chooses to breathe and observing it. 
You will be asked to become aware of sensations; to recall them.  Do not allow them to control you, but you will become aware of how powerful your own thoughts are. 
The visualization is doing Asana, the Chakra centers, and Psychic symbols of the Chakras.
Inner space is the Ocean, Well, and then Spontaneous thought- again, allowing us to notice/ become a witness to our own thought processes.
