Hi! Guys. In the podcast, I have shared why it is important to have mental and physical fitness in life to reach the goals you have set for yourself. I have explained it with one simple example with which you can understand the reason clearly.  I find writing for my fitness blogs to be helpful in staying mentally and physically fit. Many of think, how writing can be helpful to be physically fit. Let me explain. Before writing for my fitness blog, I need to research topics and this motivates me to explore more about fitness and implement it in my life.  For, example recently, I have written an article on the best treadmills in India and best exercise cycles. After researching this topic I was able to know more about the benefits of running, walking, and even able to get the best treadmill for myself. This treadmill motivated me to keep my fitness activity alive even during lockdown situations. Hence, writing helps me directly or indirectly to be physically d mentally fit in life.a
