On this episode we discuss the role women play in the society. As we commemorate International Women's day which was celebrated on March 8th, we reflect on what it means to be a woman. Women have come a long way in today's world and society and have been at the forefront of many cultural/social changes. Regardless of expectations placed us by the society, somehow we always thrive and chart new frontiers for the upcoming generation of women. We talked about what women bring to the table "in" the family, organization and the nation. Women are exceptional in their ability to multi-task and have a balanced approach to life (be both logical and emotional). We imagine a world ruled by women and what it could portend- fewer wars, less egos and less complicated systems. We talked about women that inspire us (our "S-heros"). Our mothers are our main s-heros/role models. We discuss their exemplary lifestyle and how it inspires us to be stronger and better people.
