Episode Synopsis "Body Dysmorphia and the impact of Social Media"
Body dysmorphia is a growing mental health issue that I don't believe is being spoken about enough. The influencers in our everyday lives can have a huge impact on how we perceive ourselves externally, Social Media is a huge driver of that. In this episode, I go over the illness, discuss my personal experience and then finally look at how social media can create negative situations for people. As always, I appreciate any and all support of the podcast!
