Just because someone else is going through something hard, doesn’t take away from the hard in your life. Let’s look at really leaning in to honouring where you are right now. 
Whether it’s work, study, friendships, children, a relationship, body image, exercise, nourishing your body, motivation...there’s so many aspects of life that can, at times, feel hard. Maybe you feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, frustrated, disappointed, resentful, flat or down. 
Let’s look at some strategies to move through: 

Getting specific: How do I feel? What are the feelings that I want to feel less of? 
Why do I feel that? Or - What is making me feel like that (listen to episode 30 for more on this) 
Catch any ‘buts’ or comparison - Accept that things are allowed to feel hard (listen to episode 31 and episode 14 for more on this) 
When you feel ready - What makes me feel good?
