Episode Synopsis "ComeWeGo 13 A Faster 5 K"
If you’ve been following, you know that I trained throughout September with the hopes of improving my 5k finish time. I started at 31 mins (I was so sad about it, listen to that episode below) and after a strict month involving a lot of running, I was able to cut my time to 19.31 mins!!! In this episode I record right after the run and talk about how I felt, and touch on what the main things that helped along the journey were.
