Allison holds a joint PhD & MBA from the Oxford Internet Institute and Yale School of Management. Allison shares what led to her pursuit of a career in STEM and the challenges she saw along the way that often keep women from considering a path in the computer science industry. Making this a part of her PhD research, Allison discusses how we can empower young girls and women to find their place in a traditionally male-dominated field.
