Apologies for the radio silence yet again. I have been super busy navigating full time work, 1-1 coaching AND group coaching. Unfortunately, the podcast had to take the back the burner BUT NOT ANYMORE. I'm committing to 1-2 episodes every single week. Providing you with everything you need to know to navigate your fat loss/ health and fitness journeys the RIGHT WAY.
This is my second Q & A for my first coaching round of The Countdown to Christmas Coaching Programme. This is where my C2C girlies get the opportunity to ask any questions in regards to their health, fitness and their struggles that they've experienced.
