There exists much misinformation and misunderstanding of what is a choke hold.  With all that is going on right now in the USA and politicians wanting to make police reforms, there is talk of banning choke holds.  I think our society needs reforming, but that is a topic for another day.  Here is my take on Choke Holds by LEO's.
