Episode Synopsis "Ep. 001: Tim Schmidt, Ticket Operations Coordinator, Boston Celtics"
I had the honor and pleasure of kicking off this podcast initiative with Lindenwood University alum, Tim Schmidt, Ticket Operations Coordinator with the Boston Celtics. Tim and I had a great conversation about his background and path in the sports industry since graduation, the nuts and bolts of ticket operations, and how he and the Celtics have navigated through Covid-19 and what the future ahead might look like. We concluded with some advice for current students who will be entering the work force in the near future.
