My name is David Fenster and I'm a realtor at American Destiny Real Estate- Philadelphia. In this introductory episode, I basically overview what compelled me to be a realtor. (8:21) In the spur of the moment, my friend Ryan Haase (The Phifth Quarter/Entercom) who I helped find an apartment back in August hopped on the phone with me. We discussed what working with me was like and he harped on lessons he learned about the real estate market going through the rental process for the first time.
