Episode Synopsis "How Can I Help You?"

It dawned on me that when a lot of us have our first jobs, we are trained to ask "how can I help you"?  Somewhere as we climb the ladder, that question disappears from our tool box.  We are getting retro, twenty years ago, I met Jay.  He was selling me something I didn't want to buy.  It's not that I didn't need it, I just didn't need it from him and I sent him away.  I never thought we would cross paths again, until we randomly did, years later.  Enjoy an open conversation about defeat, visiting rock bottom and the inspirational transformation that took place.
