She has also trained as a Thai Yoga therapist and is The author of the book, The Wise Way to Yoga, our main inspiration and base for this Podcast. Mona Kelly is a multi-passionate yoga teacher, certified in Vinyasa, Kundalini and Restorative Yoga.
