I am SO excited to bring this episode to you, my first guest of (hopefully) many period files. A safe space where menstruating people can share their experience with their cycle, including all of the pervy details of their periods, their highs and their lows, their favorite period products plus more.
 
This week we chat to a beautifully open book of a human about their wildly unpredictable cycle. We had many laughs recording this and I'm so grateful for my period pal's openness in sharing her story. I hope you enjoy this one!
