The wonderful, knowledgeable Siobhan Lenihan from Leni Pelvic Health Physiotherapy is passionate about empowering you to take charge of your pelvic health.

I honestly did not know how much there is to the pelvic floor and today we talk through just one aspect of it that seems to be all too common - the overactive pelvic floor.

Siobhan has completed extensive training including a postgraduate in Continence and Pelvic Health Training, finalising her Masters of CPH with a research proposal on Endometriosis, as well as WHTA Advanced Prolapse and Stress Urinary Incontinence Training, plus more.

In this episode we talk through:

Signs and symptoms
Leakage
The link between mental health and the overactive pelvic floor
Impact on fertility, plus more!
