Jamie who is one of the directors of Minors and Brady a local estate agency in Norwich employs 48 people and has a turnover of £5 million per year.  He is extremely driven and has an inspiring business mind.  I first hand listened in on him speaking to one of his employees about an issue he had, he used techniques that enables the employee to come up with the correct answers while Jamie was guiding them in the right direction. He spoke like a true leader and this is something you dont come across to often. I really enjoyed speaking with Jamie, there is some incredible content in this podcast and I am 100% sure everyone will enjoy this episode and gain some valuable information from it too.
