Its very refreshing to talk to Sam, he has a great business mind, he thinks differently to most property related people about asset classes and investing.  I first came across Sam when I discovered his podcast "Business over Beers"  Somehow we got chatting through our connection in Student Accommodation and our relationship has blossomed form their, the power of socail media hey? An all round great guy, and is doing some seriously great work in pushing for change in the student accommodation sector for the better. it was a pleasure to have him on.
