We all have those moments and obstacles so it's extra special to see someone overcome their anxieties.Our main subject today is carb cycling.What is it? It's a schedule of higher carb days, average carb days and lower carb days. This has shown that people can lose fat without losing muscle. Having the high and low carb days helps promote metabolic flexibility.
