Thank you for listening to Episode 1 with Tom. I learnt a lot and I hope that you guys did. It was great to have someone as honest as Tom for the first episode and I think it has set a good tone for the rest of the podcasts. On this episode, I have another good friend in Rob on the podcast. I worked with Rob for around 5 years teaching PE in a primary school and we have remained good friends since and speak everyday but we have never really sat down and had a long chat about training and fitness. Rob for a good few years used to tell me how he was going to run into work or take up cycling and never really did. He got a nasty injury that kept him out for a while playing football but then something changed and he started exercising  a lot more and started doing competitions. Now, fitness is part of Rob's routine. We also speak about his diet as that's been Rob's downfall over the years so it was good to chat in depth about this.
